- Understand customers’ needs and recommend the right wig solutions
- Provide professional consultations and personalised styling advice
- Present products confidently and help customers make the right choice
- Assist with wig fitting, styling and selection
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Provide hands-on after-sales service, including maintenance & services
- Work towards sales targets and enjoy UNCAPPED COMMISSION!
Requirement:
- Sales-driven & customer-oriented
- Confident, friendly & well-presented
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales / Retail / Beauty / Hair experience is an advantage
- No wig experience? Training provided for the right candidate!
