Chat Moderator With Mixed Shiftes (Armenian, English, Russian)

CreedRoomz is looking for a Chat Moderator (Mixed Shiftes) who will monitor the process of games and contents of chat with solid knowledge of Armenian, English, Russian.

Monitor live game sessions to ensure a smooth and fair gaming experience.

Oversee chat interactions to maintain a respectful and professional environment.

Provide real-time assistance to players by answering inquiries and resolving issues.

Detect and address inappropriate behavior, including blocking users who violate chat policies.

Report technical or non-technical issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution by the appropriate department.

Generate reports based on chat monitoring, highlighting complaints, player feedback, and areas for improvement.

Proficiency in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus)

Previous experience in customer support or live chat moderation (preferably in a gaming environment)

Strong communication skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively

Familiarity with online gaming platforms or casinos is a plus

  Education:

Bachelor's degree in linguistics

Work Experience:

Experience in customer support, live chat moderation, or a similar role is a plus.
