Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

Proactively source and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach

Educate prospects on loan products and tailor solutions to meet their financial needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies

Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications

Maintain compliance with lending regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field

3 years experience in lending, credit analysis, or financial services

Solid understanding of local lending regulations and compliance standards

Strong interpersonal and sales skills

Proficiency in banking software and financial analysis tools

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Remuneration: NGN  150,000 Monthly
