The JMT Securitization department within the Global Banking/Real Assets pole of CIC CIB is looking for a manager for its Legal and Transactional Management team / Securitization sector. An actor present in the securitization market for about twenty years, CIC undertook an ambitious repositioning strategy in 2019, which consisted of the creation of Satellite, its own short-term refinancing vehicle (conduit ABCP), as well as the strengthening of its team in charge of the setup and structuring of solutions based on this financing technique. The Legal and Transactional Management (JMT) Securitization team acts as direct support to the Securitization sales team, composed of about ten relationship managers, for the structuring of the operations implemented. In this capacity, JMT participates upstream in the development of the financing offer, the negotiation of contractual documentation and the setup of the file, and finally downstream in the monitoring of the operation throughout the financing. The recruited person will be in charge of supervising a team of 3 specialists in banking setups and will work in close collaboration with the relationship managers of the Origination & Structuring team of the business line. They will be closely associated with the refinancing projects planned for 2027 (EMTM "combo" project and the creation of a Société de Crédit Foncier). The position is under the supervision of the Legal and Transactional Management manager of Global Banking. Within the Legal and Transactional Management (JMT) - Securitization team, you will take the direction of a team of 3 transactional lawyers and supervise the structuring of securitization files for French and international clients, in support of the relationship managers. The position notably consists of: 1) Team Responsibility: . Within the JMT - Securitization team, ensure the supervision of a team of 3 transactional lawyers: o Supervise, manage and support the team o Organize the team's activity and ensure its management (reporting, functional organization, ...) o Ensure the optimal distribution of workloads o Promote service quality and continuous improvement of practices o Set objectives, conduct performance reviews and ensure team performance monitoring (training, skill updates ...)

. Graduate of higher education (Bac +5) in Finance, Law, Banking . Lawyer specialized in structured finance operations, with good knowledge and practice of contractual and operational setups used in securitization operations and, if possible, in other structured financings. . You have at least 4/5 years of experience in securitization operations and confirmed experience in team management. . Interest in transverse subjects in a broad sense (registration tools, procedures, project management, ...) . Good command of English, especially legal English, is indispensable, both spoken and written. . Organizational capacity, ability to manage a wide variety of stakeholders on a file . Excellent interpersonal skills and communication sense, taste for teamwork. . Good writing and expression skills
