Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures, and Method Statements. Establish and maintain QA/QC procedures in accordance with project specifications, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage and supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and other quality personnel. Review construction drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requirements. Coordinate inspections and testing with consultants, clients, authorities, subcontractors, and testing laboratories. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements. Ensure that all materials and equipment are inspected and approved before installation or use. Review material certificates, test reports, inspection records, and other quality documentation.
