We're partnering with a leading luxury retail brand to find an experienced Freelance Senior Email Designer / Team Lead to join the inhouse team from mid-October through to the end of the year, with the potential for extension.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly creative and strategic email specialist who combines exceptional design skills with proven team leadership experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team of designers, supporting the development of junior talent.
• Creating high-performing email campaigns that align with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborating closely with CRM, content, strategy and creative teams.
• Driving best practice across responsive email design, mobile optimisation and email testing.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience designing emails using Figma and Photoshop.
• Previous experience leading or managing design teams.
• In-depth understanding of email design best practices and customer experience.
• Experience building responsive, modular email templates within email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Emarsys or a similar email platform using reusable content blocks.
