Your tasks
The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of Creastech’s technology solutions and services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in B2B sales in the IT or technology industry.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services, including cloud solutions, networking, cybersecurity, software solutions, or managed IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
What we offer
Salary: 250k net, Plus commission
