Community manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for generating strategic content for our social media and managing them from end to end, maintaining fluid communication with our audience and elevating the brand's digital presence. Your ability to design creative strategies, execute content production, and maintain interaction on our platforms will be fundamental to the success of our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Generation: Design, produce, and write engaging content pieces (copys, scripts, dynamic formats) adapted to each social network.
• Social Media Administration: Manage the day-to-day of the platforms, schedule posts, and optimize channel performance.
• Community Management: Be the direct link between the brand and the audience, responding to comments and inquiries with total professionalism and proactivity.
• Strategy and Trends: Design content strategies with creative vision and leadership, applying the latest trends to keep the brand at the forefront.
• Digital Culture: Drive participation, community growth, and shape the company's digital identity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Solid, verifiable previous experience in community management and social media administration.
• Real skill for content creation (good eye for design, visual aesthetics, and impeccable writing).
• Leadership, creative vision, and genuine enthusiasm for digital culture.

• 3 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 20 and 40 years old
