Salesperson / Saleswoman - Makeup Artist - Ilion

At CREAMTEAM S.A., we are a purely Greek production and commercial company based in Thessaloniki. We specialize in the field of beauty cosmetics, care, and fragrances. Our goal is to strengthen our network with even more stores so that more and more consumers can have access to the favorite DUST+CREAM products. For the staffing of our store in Ilion and in Escape Centre, we are looking for Salespersons – Make Up Artists for 6-hour employment. If you have a passion for makeup, sales, and customer service, we look forward to you joining our team. Your duties:

• Excellent service and communication with our customers
• The presentation, promotion, and sale of our products through your own beauty advice where required
• Excellent knowledge of the technical characteristics of our products and continuous training for improvements, changes, and additions
• Effective provision of information and management of complaints at the first level
• Informing our customers about the advantages and ways to obtain the DUST+CREAM membership card
• Your active participation in other store tasks, including product placement to avoid shortages in the sales area, as well as tidying up - cleaning
• Your participation in the processing of orders, receiving, and inventory of products
• Ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines
• Carrying out the cash process
• Management of orders from our e-shop
• Adherence to the DUST+CREAM dress code and makeup

Required Qualifications:

• Studies in Make Up Artist or aesthetics or similar experience in the field of work
• Previous experience in a cosmetic promotion position for at least one year is desirable
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP and comfort in using a PC
• Willingness for continuous improvement and knowledge development
• Efficiency combined with excellent customer service
• Politeness, a smile, patience, and comfort in communication
• Desirable supervisory skills and the ability to take on a position of responsibility
• Cooperation, adaptability, and flexibility to changes for the smooth operation of the store
