Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, smart, and result-driven individuals to join our marketing and vendor

acquisition team. Successful candidates will represent CRAVINGS “N” CRUISE in different locations, promote the platform, onboard sellers and business owners, assist vendors with registration processes, and support KYC verification procedures.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, customer engagement, digital business growth, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Promote CRAVINGS “N” CRUISE marketplace platform to businesses and individuals

Visit markets, business areas, shopping centres, and commercial locations to onboard vendors

Educate sellers and service providers about the benefits of joining the platform

Assist vendors with account registration and onboarding

Guide vendors through KYC verification and documentation processes

Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and business owners

Meet onboarding and marketing targets

Prepare daily activity reports

Support brand awareness campaigns and field activation programs

Provide customer support and respond to vendor inquiries

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in teams

Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and online platforms

Marketing or sales experience is an added advantage

Must be energetic, confident, and target-driven
