Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
• Provide recommendations on beverage selections based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of beverage products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work well in a team setting

Skills:

• Food safety knowledge: Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service establishment.
• Food industry knowledge: Familiarity with the operations and standards of the food industry.
• Food handling skills: Ability to safely handle food products, including preparation, storage, and serving.
• Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
