INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE AND WORKS TECHNICIAN - PART-TIME M/F

Your missions:

Diagnostic and repair of workshop machines (usinage, chaudronnerie, assemblage, logistique) Perform minor maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of buildings across all trades: électricité, plomberie, peinture, espace vert, etc... Execute routine renovation and interior or exterior layout works. Visually inspect buildings, test equipment operation to understand the origin of a breakdown, a leak, or other, and determine the work required for restoration. Accompany various service providers during interventions and ensure that the services performed correspond to the ordered work. Monitor consumables and spare parts in order to implement cost optimization actions. Verify your work, report work progress to your department manager.
