Schedule workers and ensure work instructions are properly carried out on site.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
Monitor and track site progress to ensure ceiling, partition, and related installation works are completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings and provide on-site solutions to resolve work-related issues.
Coordinate ceiling and partition works with electrical installations and other trades to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
Utilise previous electrical work experience to assist with site coordination and identify potential electrical service conflicts.
Maintain proper site documentation, progress reports, and records for submission to the Senior Manager.
Ensure workers comply with workplace safety requirements and established site procedures.
Perform on-site supervision to ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a site supervisory role, preferably in construction, ceiling, partition, or electrical works.
Experience in electrical works and site coordination will be an added advantage.
Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawings.
Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Certificate.
Managing Work at Heights certification.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with workers, clients, contractors, and management.
Able to work under tight project schedules and meet deadlines.
Hard-working, responsible, and willing to learn.
A good team player who can also work independently.
