What will be your mission? Provide commercial support to the Inside Sales team through the preparation of competitive quotations, the follow-up of business opportunities, and the management of commercial information, contributing to the growth of the client portfolio and the fulfillment of the company's commercial objectives.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and re-quotations for FCL services within the established timeframes.
  • Register and update commercial information in the company's internal systems within the established deadlines.
  • Make commercial calls and continuous follow-up with clients to identify business opportunities and strengthen the commercial relationship.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide service alternatives according to their operational and commercial needs.
  • Enter and update rates, surcharges, commercial conditions, and negotiations in the corresponding systems.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Completed technical or university studies in International Business Administration or Foreign Trade.
  • Desirable to have 6 months or more as Sales Support, Sales Assistant, or Inside Sales Support in international freight forwarders.
  • Intermediate English.
