Responsibilities and assignments Perform control and submission of space reservations with shipping lines. Provide service to our internal customers, respecting deadlines, instructions, and procedures. Maintain contact with partners and shipping lines and control bookings. During your journey, you will have contact with Bookings and Customer Care. Perform data entry into the CRAFT (CargoWise) system, with quality and agility. Ensure the correct updating of information and documents related to bookings in internal systems. Monitor operations through the CargoWise system, shipping line portals, and other operational platforms. Update customers on booking status.
Requirements and qualifications High School completed or currently studying Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, or related areas. Intermediate English Knowledge of the CargoWise system will be considered a differentiator. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Desirable experience in the area with freight forwarders and/or NVOCC. Basic notions of export documents (BL, Containers). Ability to interpret scenarios, positive attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn, and dynamism.
