RTA Fee Earner - non Portal - Fully Remote

Location: Southampton / Fully Remote Working Salary: £29,500 - £37,000 DOE Contract: Full Time, Permanent Office Attendance: Just 4 days per year! Looking for a genuine work-from-home opportunity in Personal Injury? CRA Consulting is working with an established national legal services organisation that is looking to recruit an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join its specialist Non-Portal RTA team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner living in Southampton or the surrounding Hampshire area who wants to continue handling quality RTA litigation work without the daily commute. The biggest attraction? This is a fully remote position, with attendance at the office required just once every quarter - only four visits per year. The Role You will manage your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA personal injury claims, with particular emphasis on non-portal matters, disputed liability and more technically challenging cases. Your responsibilities will include: Managing RTA claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation.

Handling complex liability disputes, including motorcycle accidents and denied liability cases.

Reviewing medical evidence, assessing quantum and preparing schedules of special damages.

Negotiating settlements with insurers and third-party representatives.

Drafting court proceedings and managing cases in accordance with the CPR.

Liaising with Counsel, medical experts and other professionals.

Delivering excellent client service throughout the claims process.

About You You will ideally have previous experience running your own RTA Personal Injury caseload, including pre-litigation matters, and a good understanding of the litigation process. Experience of non-portal claims, contested liability and fast track litigation would be particularly advantageous. Qualified Solicitors and CILEX professionals are welcome, although relevant hands-on fee earning experience is the key consideration. What's on Offer?
