What will you do? You will communicate with existing and new customers with the aim of exploring their needs. Presentation and promotion of suitable insurance products and programs, based on the profile and needs of each customer. Providing complete and high-quality service, with clear information regarding the features, benefits, and use of the available programs. Guiding customers in the collection and submission of the necessary supporting documents. Managing inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, patience, and a customer-centric approach. Developing a relationship of trust with the existing customer base and identifying opportunities to cover additional insurance needs.
