To involve in the planning and design of mechanical engineering works for building services, from concept design stage till detailed design, tender and authority submissions.
To conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments and work programme for mechanical engineering systems.
To prepare tender documents, design drawings and technical specifications for tenders, as well as supervise the construction, installation and testing & commissioning of mechanical works.
To collaborate with peers of other disciplines in feasibility studies and design, as well as ensure excellent delivery of service to clients.
Competency in building regulations and industry best practices.
Any relevant tasks as and when assigned by supervisor.
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Proficient in BIM (Revit), Autodesk software, any other software required by the industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven
