Sourcing & Planning Officer (Imported Fruit Business) based at Talaad Thai

Your tasks

• Plan order quantities to be appropriate for Sales Forecast, Stock, and Lead Time
• Coordinate with Sales / Commercial teams to receive product demand information, target prices, and required quantities
• Coordinate with both domestic and international Suppliers regarding products, prices, specs, quality, and quantities
• Request and compare prices, as well as support price negotiations with Suppliers
• Verify Product Specifications to ensure they meet customer requirements and sales channels
• Monitor Order Plan and Shipment Plan of imported products to ensure products arrive according to the required timeframe

• Monitor Stock status and help reduce risks from Over Stock / Out of Stock

• Analyze sales data, Stock Forecast, and purchasing plans to propose appropriate Order quantities
• Coordinate with relevant teams such as Import, Logistics, QA/QC, and Operation to ensure products arrive according to plan
• Prepare and update information regarding Supplier, Price, Product Spec, Order, and Shipment
• Support other Commercial and Sourcing tasks as assigned

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, or related fields
2. Approximately 1–3 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Planning, Import, Merchandising, or Commercial will be given special consideration
3. Possess coordination and negotiation skills
4. Detail-oriented and able to monitor multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Possess a Commercial mindset and understand the relationship between Price–Quality–Quantity–Sales
6. Proficient in Excel and able to analyze basic data such as Sales, Stock, and Forecast
7. Able to communicate in English, especially for contacting international Suppliers; ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration
8. Able to work 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday, Sunday off)
