Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Study and analyze project development opportunities

• Study areas and analyze the potential of assigned locations
• Collect and analyze data regarding demographics, purchasing power, competitors, customer behavior, and area growth trends
• Analyze the suitability of locations, area sizes, and store formats such as Hypermarket, Supermarket, and Mini Supermarket
• Prepare Project Feasibility and Business Case to support investment decisions
• Assess opportunities, risks, constraints, and factors that may affect project success
• Develop data into proposals that can be used for actual business decision-making
• This role requires someone who does not look at data solely from a technical perspective, but can ask questions such as: What value does this project create for customers, employees, the community, and the organization? How will every baht invested generate a return?

1. Collaborate on designing stores that meet the needs of the business, customers, and employees

• Study customer needs and the actual working patterns of employees
• Collaborate on designing store layouts, sales areas, back-of-house areas, and work support areas
• Analyze Customer Journey and Employee Journey within the branches
• Propose guidelines for designing spaces to make it easier for employees to work

1. Control time, cost, quality, and project readiness

• Analyze cost, quality, and time, while proposing work guidelines and problem-solving approaches

1. Drive Sustainability and Energy Efficiency

Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: Graduated with a Bachelor's degree, High Vocational Certificate, or Higher Vocational Certificate in related fields such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Research, Social Research, Materials Engineering, Instrument and Equipment Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geography, or other fields related to the nature of the work Welcome high-potential fresh graduates or those with early-career experience who wish to grow in the Property career path Having completed projects, internships, or activities related to real estate, design, construction, data analysis, or project management will be given special consideration Able to travel to work or learn in various areas and branches Able to communicate and use English for work
