Barista – Cowpresso Coffee Roasters Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: depending on experience About Us Cowpresso Coffee Roasters is a Singapore specialty coffee roastery and café. We are passionate about serving great coffee, creating a welcoming café experience, and making specialty coffee approachable for everyone. We are looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Barista to join our café team. Job Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, matcha and other café beverages

Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the day

Perform basic latte art and ensure drinks are presented consistently

Provide friendly and attentive customer service

Take customer orders and operate the POS/cashier system

Explain coffee beans, drinks and menu items to customers

Assist with simple food preparation and serving when required

Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment and café

Restock ingredients, cups, milk and other café supplies

Perform opening and closing duties

Follow food hygiene and café SOPs

Work closely with the kitchen and café team during busy periods

Requirements Barista 1 year minimum mandatory and latte art is compulsory. Interest in coffee and willingness to learn

Friendly, positive and comfortable speaking with customers

Responsible, punctual and able to work independently

Able to work efficiently during busy periods

Good teamwork and communication skills

Basic latte art skills are an advantage

Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
