As a Coordinator, you are responsible for and feel a sense of responsibility for our employees and enjoy organizing everything. You are involved in recruiting and registering temporary workers, distributing work shoes, requesting BSN numbers, doctor visits, and much more. Actually, you manage everything from arrival in the Netherlands until people have found their way with our clients. Through your personal contact, you ensure that they truly feel at home!

As an enthusiastic multitasker, you will take on various tasks, including:

• First point of contact for our employees;
• Onboarding and guiding our candidates and employees;
• Sending and updating work schedules in the system;
• Actively thinking along to find solutions for changes in the planning;
• Performing administrative actions necessary for the entire process;
• Coordinating and monitoring housing & transport for our employees.
