The Function

As a Coordinator in Oss, you are the connecting link between our clients and employees. You are in the middle of the operation, know what is happening, and ensure that everything surrounding our employees is Gewoon Goed Geregeld.

You have daily contact with people from various backgrounds and know how to switch quickly between diverse questions and situations. One moment you are discussing the planning with a client, the next moment you are helping an employee with a practical question. It is precisely that variety that makes this function so much fun!

What are you going to do?

As a Coordinator, you will be involved in, among other things:

• You are the first point of contact for our clients and employees;
• You recruit and select EU candidates for our clients;
• You create work schedules and keep them up to date in the system;
• You actively think along about solutions regarding changes in the planning;
• You ensure that the corresponding administration is processed correctly and on time;
• Together with colleagues, you arrange everything necessary to give new employees a warm welcome.

But your role goes beyond just planning and organizing. You guide employees with questions regarding, among other things, housing, transport, salary, and absenteeism, and help them when they encounter difficulties. In this way, you build trust and a good relationship between Covebo and our employees.

Contact with our clients is also an important part of your work. You regularly visit your clients, discuss what is happening, and maintain a good overview of their personnel and recruitment needs.

In short: you are organizer, point of contact, and problem solver in one. You will receive a lot of responsibility, a lot of contact with people, and above all, a lot of variety. No two days are the same!
