Job Description:
We are looking for our Marketing & Offer Manager M/F for a permanent contract (CDI) based in Paris Montparnasse!
Within the Marketing team, you will join a team in charge of the design and implementation of new Covéa Affinity offers as well as the evolution of existing offers, taking into account all dimensions of the value proposition. You will be particularly in charge of mechanical breakdown offers, a sector where Covéa Affinity holds strong positions in France and Europe. This is a position with both strategic and operational dimensions, at the heart of Covéa Affinity's activity, in permanent interaction with internal teams and with close proximity to clients, prospects, and service providers.
The Offer Manager identifies the needs and expectations of partners and prospects according to markets, in France and internationally, within the framework of B2B2C affinity insurance programs. To do this, they rely on internal or external studies, exchanges with the Development teams, and their own field contacts.***They evaluate the competitiveness, attractiveness, and positioning of current offers. In order to identify strengths/weaknesses and interesting innovations to duplicate, they lead the internal and external ideation process, collect field information from sales teams, and occasionally directly from partners using various approaches (surveys, working groups). They define and frame new offers and the evolution of existing offers. Beyond purely insurance aspects, they study insurance and service offers/partnerships proposed by other companies in France and internationally to build packaged insurance + services offers, or to improve the customer experience if they meet our customers' needs or allow for the conquest of potential targets or target markets. They provide insight and propose possible business models by collaborating with other departments. They draft a statement of requirements so that other teams (Actuariat, Product, Contract) have a clear roadmap.
- They manage and drive the implementation of offers (priorities, targets, objectives, deliverables, planning). They ensure internal communication to mobilize and unite contributors, coordinate the contributions of internal actors (Development, Products, Legal, Actuariat), and manage and contribute to the internal and external market launch of offers (training materials, sales arguments, commercial support, product sheets, distributor training, communication).

Profile Description: You are a specialist in mechanical breakdown warranty and have at least 5 years of experience with an insurer, guarantor, broker, insurtech, banking actor, captive, or auto manufacturer, imperatively in the field of affinity insurance or mechanical breakdown where, as a marketing, market, product, or offer manager, you have developed and implemented new offers.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills, you are used to working with full autonomy and show imagination and audacity.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills in order to stimulate exchanges with your colleagues, the experts with whom you will be required to collaborate to clarify your vision of the market, as well as prospects, clients, and other market actors with whom you will be in contact.
- You possess a good command of English, which is essential given our international activity.
