WE ARE HIRING – DIVE INSTRUCTOR Cove Eco Resort | Raja Ampat, West Papua

Cove Eco Resort is looking for a passionate and experienced Dive Instructor to join our Dive Center team in Raja Ampat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PADI courses and certifications for divers of all levels.
• Lead guided dives, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all participants.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standarts.
• Promote marine conversation and educate divers about local ecosystem.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Possessed good communication skills in English and Indonesia.
• Scheduling for captain and crew.
• Scheduling for dive and snorkeling guides.
• Arranging schedule for guest pick up and drop off.
• Briefing for diving/tour/snorkeling.
• Reporting to Operational Director on fuel consumption with each destination
• daily and staff performance.
• Not an alcohol drinker or drug user (random check test will be conducted).

Job Requirement:

• Must have PADI instructor license and Nitrox instructor license.
• Minimum 4 years job experience as an instructor or 2 years as a dive manager.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good management skill.
