Junior Business Law Lawyer - M/F

The Courir Group is looking for two Business Law Lawyers starting from January 25, 2027, for a 6-month Internship at its Paris Headquarters to join the Legal Department. You will report directly to the Legal Manager and will intervene in all areas of Business Law. You enjoy working in synergy with your colleagues and actively contributing to the collective dynamic. Your challenges: Draft, review, and contribute to the negotiation of all types of contracts (distribution, competition, real estate, affiliation, IT, logistics, overheads, etc.). Intervene occasionally in corporate law (ordinary and extraordinary operations in France and in foreign subsidiaries, formalities) as well as in intellectual property (administrative management and protection of the COURIR Group asset portfolio). Advise and support operational teams on all legal issues (contractual analyses, recommendations). Participate in the preparation and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation files. Conduct legal research and draft thematic notes. Ensure active legal monitoring in business law.

You are preparing a Master 2 in Business Law, Corporate Law, or Contract Law.

Ideally, you have completed a first internship experience within a law firm or a corporate legal department.

You master legal research tools and methods (LexisNexis, Dalloz, Navis, possibly Lefebvre) as well as office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

You have a professional level of English.

You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and reactivity, and you possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
