*Overview:*

We are looking to hire Owner-operator drivers with Cargo Vans, Transit, Or Minivans only.

Route payment is commission-based (you should see the total route payment by the end of the day, with 80% - 85% going to the driver).

For example, if the total route payment is $270, the driver receives 80% to 85% of the settlement amount.

Payout: Bi-weekly bank transfer (no tax deducted). The first pay takes 3 weeks; thereafter, it occurs every 2nd Friday. Volume: 80 to 160 packages per route (depending on volume and performance). Work available: Monday to Friday. Routes are rotational and will be assigned accordingly. Pickup time: between 6 and 8 am; the route must be completed the same day.

*Rates are mentioned below:*

Business Line from $1.90 - $4.50 per package (rates to use as a base) Small Parcel from $1.90 - $4.50 per package (rates to use as a base) There is an extra fee paid out on oversized or overweight items.

*Pickup: *Hamilton, ON

*Delivery Areas:* Hamilton and Surroundings, cover up to Niagara to the west and part of North too.

*Duties:*

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Sort, Scan, Load and unload freight using the App.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and pickups.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to maintain safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise
  • Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting if required to maintain vehicle functionality
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries

*Experience*

  • Experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or delivery services
  • Valid driver?s license.
