Team Introduction The CX Audit Excellence Solutions team is a QA organization responsible for Coupang's catalog quality, increasing the reliability of audit results and maintaining data-driven quality standards. We contribute to improving the customer experience through systematic quality management and repeatable processes.
Job Description
Product Information Inspection and Correction: Perform final verification and correct errors in product information (category, product name, image, etc.) verified by AI and inspectors.
Error Type Categorization and Sharing: Collect frequently occurring error cases during the inspection process and organize them by type for reporting.
Inspection Guide Management Support: Support tasks to organize and improve inspection procedures (guidelines) to make them easy to understand.
Qualifications
1 to 3+ years of experience in operations, data review, or quality management.
A personality capable of performing repetitive tasks meticulously and responsibly.
Proficiency in document tools such as Google Sheets and Excel.
Basic English reading comprehension skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce or content quality management (QA) related tasks.
Experience using SQL or data reporting tools.
Experience in documenting quality management (QA) manuals or SOPs.

Document Return Policy
This notice is in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 6 of the 『Act on Fair Recruitment Procedures』.
