Job Introduction

The Operations Strategy team is a strategic team that advances the delivery vendor ecosystem and designs growth structures. In highly advanced operational environments, the team focuses on deriving CX-based sales targets and commercializing data solutions for vendors; in new regions, the team leads the overall business from designing contract models to sales and field operation management. The team strengthens the competitiveness of the company's delivery infrastructure through strategies and data solutions optimized for each market.

Responsibilities

Design contract models, conduct business feasibility studies, and establish targeting strategies that penetrate the global food delivery 3PL ecosystem.

Build governance and commercial frameworks that balance partnership risk and profitability, and oversee the End-to-End lifecycle from generating data solution ideas to commercialization as paid products.

Lead collaborations with various teams to ensure strategic requirements are implemented into actual system logic and new features.

Derive optimal order volumes/targets and establish operation governance by reflecting regional demand and CX forecasting situations.

Establish data-driven research and analysis systems regarding macroeconomics, industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive environment.

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), build dashboard tracking systems, and drive continuous business and CX improvements through root cause analysis.

Qualifications

A person with 10 or more years of relevant professional experience.

A person with experience in structuring complex and vast Raw Data into actionable business strategies and functions, and possessing data-driven problem-solving skills.

A person with experience defining new initiatives and completing projects End-to-End in environments where no fixed answers exist.

A person with the influence to align priorities among various stakeholders and drive decision-making.

A person capable of communicating in business-level English or Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in E-commerce, Quick-commerce/Instant commerce, Last-mile, 3PL logistics, or global platforms.

Experience in leading Korea-Japan cross-border projects or global business scale-up/roll-out.

Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Superset, Power BI, and a high understanding of data modeling.
