Your tasks
- Register and track purchase orders (POs), production, and WIP.
- Monitor shipments, Packing Lists, BOLs, and estimated arrival dates.
- Coordinate the follow-up of samples, tests, and materials sent to the factory.
- Validate ordered, shipped, and received quantities, identifying discrepancies.
- Keep inventory information updated in internal systems.
- Ensure that inventory is registered and activated in Shopify after physical validation and receipt.
- Coordinate the registration of new SKUs, costs, suppliers, and product information.
- Prepare and send merchandise identification labels to factories.
- Prepare PO closing reports and follow up on delays, shortages, or differences.
- Maintain visibility of inventory in production, transit, receipt, and between different locations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, Warehouse areas, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience
- Languages: English
