Barista

As part of Cotti Coffee Singapore’s expansion, we are looking for passionate and service-oriented Baristas and Senior Baristas to join our growing team. We are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience and providing a supportive environment for your professional growth. What You'll Do Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages with precision and consistency, following our established recipes and quality standards

Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming in-store atmosphere

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, with regular upkeep of equipment and utensils

Support inventory management and assist with restocking supplies as needed

What We're Looking For No prior experience required—full training will be provided

Available to work on weekends and public holidays

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
