Our maintenance division is currently recruiting an Electronic Maintenance Technician in 2*8 shifts, for one of our clients based in Corbas. A company specializing in lighting systems for cars.
Your missions
Your main missions and responsibilities will be: Ensure level 2 maintenance of the equipment in your area, including the CMS line (laser engraving, screen printing, pick & place, oven, AOI, transitique), selective wave, and the finishing line (in situ, varnishing, oven, silicone removal, trimming); Train and ensure the application of level 1 maintenance and cleaning by operators; Participate in the definition and reception of new production equipment; Ensure the application of manufacturing work rules, particularly regarding safety, behavior, communication, quality, monitoring of controls, order and tidiness, produced references and quantity, and the environmental management system; Participate in series changes; Propose continuous improvement actions and, if necessary, implement them; Ensure the transfer of instructions between technicians; Promote the improvement of team performance by energizing SPV tools (PA, 5S, MAQ, COMEX); Actively participate in the production of electronic boards.
Work organization:
Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 6am-2pm / Friday: 6am-2:50pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 2pm - 10pm / Friday: not worked
Remuneration:
Salary of approximately €38,000 to €42,000 gross per year.
Profile Description:
Prerequisites
Mastery of technical English
Desired Profile
You hold a minimum of a Bac +2 degree (electronics, electrotechnics, industrial maintenance).
You have a good command of IT tools and a satisfactory level of technical English (reading and writing).
Ideally, you have experience working in a cleanroom.
You master electronic assembly control.
Reading electronic/electrical diagrams is second nature to you.
