After-Sales Assistant Manager (MHE & Commercial Vehicle)

Responsibilities: Oversea workshop operations. Attend to matters relating to material handling equipment such as forklift & stackers, and commercial vehicle maintenance and repair services. Troubleshoot & diagnose vehicle problems. Job distribution to technicians. Ensure that all customers' inquiries are attended to promptly. Follow up with customers on issues pertaining to their vehicles. Prepare quotation pertaining to repair and replacement of parts. Order Spare Parts Monitor job process and perform quality checks after repair jobs are done. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least GCE 'N'Level or NiTEC in Automotive Trade. Preferably 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field. Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure. Good oral and written communication.
