Your tasks
Cosmo Fun is looking for a creative, energetic, and organized Team Leader – Maker Maze to join our Monkey Maze branches in Sheikh Zayed and New Cairo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Maker Maze team, supervising daily activities, and ensuring an enjoyable, safe, and engaging experience for children.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Maker Maze team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Organize and supervise creative workshops and hands-on activities for children.
- Oversee activities such as Maker Kits, Group Creative Art, Little Artist sessions, and interactive games.
- Ensure children's safety and maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared activity area.
- Manage activity materials, tools, and supplies before and after each session.
- Coordinate school trips, group activities, and special events.
- Monitor team performance and ensure high standards of service and activity delivery.
- Communicate effectively with parents and support a positive customer experience.
- Report daily activities, operational issues, and team performance to management.
- Suggest new ideas to improve activities and enhance children's engagement.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience working with children in activity centers, schools, nurseries, workshops, or similar environments.
- Previous experience in team leadership or supervising a team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A creative, energetic, and hands-on personality with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to organize activities, manage daily operations, and motivate team members.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to communicate professionally with parents and team members.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule.
- An interest in arts, crafts, creative activities, or educational games is an advantage.
- Ability to work at our branches in Sheikh Zayed and New Cairo.
