Production Planning

1. Develop and manage a master production schedule for both Repeat Orders and New Product Development (NPD) to ensure on-time Finished Goods (FG) delivery in ERP system.
2. Ensure production processes are executed in alignment with the production schedule.
3. Monitor and drive planning KPIs to meet or exceed company targets.
4. Identify and proactively communicate any issues impacting the production schedule or FG delivery to relevant functions, providing alternative solutions or backup plans as needed.
5. Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness to demand changes.
6. Optimize resource allocation and material availability to minimize delays and maximize production efficiency.
7. Lead and develop the planning team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
8. Support process improvements and drive continuous enhancement in planning accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the OEM cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry. At least 2 years in a managerial or team-leading role. Strong understanding of the cosmetic manufacturing process and production flow. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Project management knowledge and familiarity with supply chain dynamics. Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good command of English for internal and external communication. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. A collaborative leader who drives results and team engagement. Adaptable and proactive in responding to dynamic production needs. Experience in handling NPD production planning in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
