Your tasks

Duty & Responsibility

1. Assist the Managing Director to oversee Finance/Compliance Division for the entity, including the fund settlement, financial accounting, budgeting, capital planning, and operational support.

1. Responsible for the company's strategic development planning, overseeing comprehensive investment management, including the formulation of investment plans and the tracking management of their implementation.

1. Responsible for overall monthly financials for Chinese reporting, variance reports, cash flow management, planning, budgeting and forecasting.

1. Oversees the entities monthly/annual review and Jiu Qi reporting.

1. Handling operational issues such as shipping agency matters, cash flow management, treasury management, risk management.

1. Prepare and deliver various management reports and analyses in a timely manner.

1. To implement guidelines and policies of all activities related to compliance accounting standards and internal control requirements.

1. Up keeping of good internal control system and corporate governance and continuously seeking process improvements to achieve cost savings.

1. Drive financial system integration, facilitating overall financial digital transformation and process re-engineering efforts.

1. Providing financial advice and proactive support to the management and business operations

1. Responsible for the daily administrative work of the board of directors.

1. Responsible for the management of compensation for expatriate personnel.

1. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
