Senior Java Tech Lead - Microservices

Senior Java Tech Lead | Microservices:

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience as: Microservices Tech Lead, leading the design and implementation of microservices, defining technical standards, architecture, and best practices for development teams.

Functions:

• Lead the design and implementation of microservices.
• Define architecture, APIs, and technical standards.
• Guide the incremental development of the team.
• Reduce technical debt and promote best practices.
• Review design, code, and technical decisions.
• Manage risks and dependencies between services.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and other cells.

Indispensable skills:

• Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Data, Maven or Gradle, REST/OpenAPI, Kafka (Spring Kafka), MongoDB, structured Logging, JUnit or Mockito, Docker and Kubernetes, intermediate English.

Work modality:

• Hybrid in Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.
