Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant / 1:1 Support – North London

Salary/Rate: Framework Capped Support Rates (Competitive Daily Take-Home)

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Term-Time regular placements

About the Role:

Are you passionate about unlocking the potential of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) ? We are recruiting dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants across North London to step into 1:1 and small group support roles within mainstream academies and specialised alternative provisions. Because we operate on the RM6376 framework , schools come to us first when funding for new Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) is approved.

What You Will Do:

• Provide tailored 1:1, behavioural, or sensory support to children with diverse needs (e.g., ASC, ADHD, SEMH, or physical needs).
• Assist the classroom teacher by adapting learning materials to make them accessible.
• Foster an inclusive environment where students feel confident and supported.

Requirements:

• Prior experience supporting children or adults with SEND (mainstream, care, or special school settings).
• Certifications or training like Team-Teach, Makaton, PECS, or ADHD awareness are highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Enhanced DBS check clear for working with children.
