Showroom Retail Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented Showroom Retail Assistant to support our day-to-day showroom operations. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, providing product information, preparing quotations and samples, and maintaining the showroom’s presentation and sample library. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and is looking to grow in a dynamic, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate product information. Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on sales enquiries in a timely manner. Prepare quotations, samples and other sales-related documentation. Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and day-to-day sales coordination. Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and visual merchandising standards. Maintain and organize the showroom’s product samples and sample library. Receive, check and organize incoming inventory and samples. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations and positive customer experience.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in showroom or retail sales; experience with large-format tiles, sintered stone, laminates, architectural surfaces and other interior finishing materials will be an advantage. Confident with good interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented and results-driven. Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong attention to customer needs. Good follow-through in handling customer enquiries and issues. Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
