For over 40 years, CCA has designed, developed, certified, and manufactured complex composite material sub-assemblies for the major players in the global aeronautical market.

Your tasks

You prepare and maintain the technical files necessary for the manufacturing of our parts. In connection with the industrialization, production, and quality teams, you translate technical requirements into clear and usable instructions in the workshop.

You support the production rollout, provide technical support to the teams, and contribute to the reliability of manufacturing processes.

Prepare manufacturing files

• Write and modify sequences, instructions, and documentation necessary for the production rollout of parts.
• Verify the consistency of documents with technical definitions and customer requirements.
• Integrate validated evolutions and workshop feedback to maintain reliable and up-to-date files.

Support fine-tuning and initial manufacturing

• Participate in the fine-tuning of manufacturing and assembly techniques and processes.
• Verify in the workshop that instructions are understandable and adapted to the operations to be performed.
• Collect difficulties encountered and propose necessary adjustments with the industrialization and quality teams.

Provide technical support to production

• Support teams in the application of manufacturing sequences and instructions.
• Analyze technical difficulties and contribute to their resolution with the relevant trades.
• Formalize validated solutions and integrate them into the documentation.

Improve methods and industrial performance

• Identify possibilities for simplification and improvement of manufacturing operations.
• Propose actions to strengthen process robustness, reduce lead times, and limit rework.
• Capitalize on feedback and contribute to the sharing of best practices within the Group.

Requirements

With a Bac+2/3 degree, BTS, DUT, or professional license in industrialization, mechanics, or production technology, you have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the aeronautical industry.

You possess good knowledge of composite materials, their implementation processes, and their assembly techniques.

You know how to read a technical definition and translate it into precise manufacturing documents accessible to production teams. You are also able to understand technical documentation in English.

You are rigorous, organized, and curious. You enjoy understanding manufacturing difficulties and proposing solutions adapted to the field.

Your interpersonal skills allow you to work effectively with technical teams and operators. You know how to listen to their feedback, explain an instruction, and support the implementation of evolutions.
