About the role In-charge of Civil/Structural design, coordination andProject Management of large scale building project. Key responsibilities Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation. Preparing implementation methodologies, work schedules and man-hour estimates for proposals of new work Coordinate with owners, consultants and sub-contractors/suppliers Adhere to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly progress report, inspection report etc.) Ensure the quality of the deliverables and project delivery is achieved Ensure all government and safety regulations are complied on site Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements:- Min Degree Holder in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline Familiar with the design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry Self-motivated and independent with interpersonal skill Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.
