An Ecommerce Manager opportunity has opened up with a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand operating across the UK and US markets. Could this be the role where you take real ownership of an ecommerce channel and help scale a brand with momentum behind it?
This role sits within an ambitious consumer brand operating in the beauty and wellness space. The business is digitally native and growing rapidly, with a strong direct-to-consumer presence and international reach. It is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where collaboration, ownership and initiative are genuinely valued, and where the right candidate will have real scope to shape how the ecommerce function grows.
Your tasks
The Ecommerce Manager will lead all aspects of the brand's Shopify DTC platform, taking day-to-day responsibility for trading, merchandising, product launches, promotional campaigns and site accuracy. Beyond operations, this is a commercially strategic position. You will develop and deliver a conversion rate optimisation programme, owning A/B testing and continuous site improvements to lift conversion and increase average order value.
Reporting into the Managing Director, the Ecommerce Manager will collaborate closely with Creative, Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams, as well as external developers and agencies.
Requirements
What experience does the Ecommerce Manager need?
- At least five years in an ecommerce or DTC growth role, ideally gained within beauty, wellness or a consumer brand of similar profile
- A track record of scaling Shopify platforms and driving measurable revenue improvement.
- Solid hands-on familiarity with ecommerce and marketing platforms, combined with strong Excel or Google Sheets capability
- Demonstrable experience running subscription and loyalty programmes, managing paid media agency relationships, and interpreting performance marketing data
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
