Jr Events Producer - Fashion Experience

We are a proudly Mexican company with a presence in the fashion industry, and we are looking for creative talent, passionate about trends and with aesthetic sensitivity to join our Marketing team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and coordinating fashion photo shoots, developing the creative concept and styling for each production, ensuring that the visual content reflects the brand identity and is available on time for e-commerce, social media, and campaigns.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize wall shoots, collections, and group shoots, developing the mood, visual narrative, and creative references.
• Plan calendars, logistics, locations, sets, models, art team, and production.
• Define the styling for each production, selecting and combining garments, accessories, and looks according to the collection and concept.
• Coordinate and direct the execution of sessions on set, working with makeup artists, stylists, and the production team.
• Manage castings and coordinate models, agencies, and external providers.
• Participate in the selection and validation of the resulting photographic material.
• Follow up on the budget assigned to each shoot and optimize production resources.
• Participate in styling for collaborations with influencers and creative content generation.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Photography, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

Experience: Solid experience in fashion, styling, creative conceptualization, and photo shoot production.

Knowledge:

• Creative conceptualization and moodboard development.
• Styling and look assembly.
• Production planning and logistics.
• On-set direction and execution.
• Fashion trends.
• Casting and provider management.
• Budget management and follow-up.

Tools: Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and Artificial Intelligence tools.

CONDITIONS

Work 80% office / 20% field 48-hour weekly schedule, distributed over 5 working days and 2 days off
