Corporate Account Manager (B2B) CDMX, Pachuca, Puebla and Toluca - National Car Rental

National Car Rental/Enterprise Rent a Car, leading car rental companies with 50 years of experience in the business, are seeking a Commercial Manager (B2B) based in CDMX.

What will be your challenge?

You will be responsible for leading the commercial team and developing new B2B business opportunities, strengthening the corporate portfolio and ensuring the fulfillment of commercial objectives for the assigned regions.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead, accompany, and follow up on indicators, KPIs, and commercial action plans for the team of commercial advisors and public relations in CDMX, Pachuca, Toluca, and Puebla.
• Design and execute strategies to generate new business and increase the productivity of the corporate portfolio.
• Analyze commercial results and establish improvement strategies based on sales, productivity, and portfolio reports.
• Negotiate and manage corporate agreements, as well as their renewal, reactivation, and registration.
• Accompany the team on appointments and negotiations with corporate clients.
• Ensure that the commercial team comprehensively promotes the portfolio of products and services.
• Supervise the follow-up of accounts receivable and collection from corporate clients.
• Collaborate with other areas to handle negotiations, special situations, and the needs of corporate clients.
• Train and develop the commercial team in processes, products, and sales strategies.

What are we looking for?

Indispensable:

• Aptitude to drive both automatic and standard vehicles.
• High drive and availability to work 80% in the field and travel continuously.
• PROVABLE RECENT experience of at least 3 years leading commercial teams in various regions of the country.
• Deep commitment to quality in account attention and after-sales service.
• Provable experience in cold prospecting generating new B2B business and in the maintenance and growth of the corporate portfolio.
• PROVABLE RECENT experience of at least 3 years working with objectives, indicators, and commercial KPIs.
• Total availability to travel continuously, as the position covers CDMX, Pachuca, Toluca, and Puebla.
• Proficiency in CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Provable experience in improving the performance of commercial teams, punctual follow-up on performance, and the quality of service provided by each advisor.
• Excellent control and follow-up of conversion rates, pipeline, pipeline value, leads, etc.
• Intermediate-advanced English (a language test will be conducted)

Desirable:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the hospitality, business travel, or travel management industry is a plus.
