Your tasks

Our educational community, guided by ethical values, respect for the environment, and innovation as fundamental axes to build a better world, seeks a leader with strategic vision and experience in IB environments, who will assume the academic and administrative direction of the institution, leading its strategic, pedagogical, and organizational direction, as well as the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and updating of the Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI), promoting high standards of educational quality, innovation, and social transformation. Requirements

Academic Background Professional degree in Education or related areas. Master's degree in Education or related areas. English certification level C1.

Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in academic management positions. Experience in institutions with International Baccalaureate (IB) programs. Experience in IB authorization, evaluation, and accreditation processes.

Knowledge and Complementary Training Design and implementation of Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI). Strategic planning. Quality Management Systems. Curricular development and academic management. Educational project management. Official IB certifications or workshops in leadership, coordination, and program evaluation (desirable). Required Competencies Strategic and pedagogical leadership. Capacity for institutional direction. Change management and educational innovation. Development and leadership of high-performance teams. Decision-making and results orientation. Excellent communication and relationship skills.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Career 7 years of experience
