Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations, supervising staff performance Monitoring inventory and product availability, and ensuring excellent customer service. Coordinating sales activities Addressing operational challenges and customer concerns Maintaining a clean and organized supermarket environment Preparing regular operational reports for management.
