Nurse

Responsibilities:

Provide professional and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with established healthcare standards. Monitor patients’ conditions, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment. Administer medications, injections, treatments, and other prescribed interventions safely and accurately. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation. Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions. Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments. Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, health management, and preventive care. Ensure proper hygiene, infection prevention, and safety standards are maintained at all times. Prepare patients for medical procedures and provide appropriate post-treatment care. Observe and report any significant changes in patients’ conditions to the appropriate healthcare professional. Ensure nursing equipment and supplies are properly maintained, available, and used safely. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their caregivers. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with relevant healthcare policies and professional standards. Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment.

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience

A minimum of an HND  in a related field
