Role Description The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site position based in Satellite Town. In this role, the Sales Assistant will support sales activities by engaging with prospective and existing customers, responding to inquiries, and providing product information that aligns with customer needs. The role includes preparing sales documentation, updating customer records, and assisting in the coordination of sales meetings and follow-ups. The Sales Assistant will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, support promotional activities, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The position requires a proactive, organised individual who can maintain accurate records and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and customer care. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships. Candidates should have clear communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain insurance products and handle customer inquiries effectively. Candidates should demonstrate sales skills and a basic understanding of sales processes to support lead generation, follow-up, and conversion. Candidates should have solid organization skills to manage documentation, schedule appointments, and maintain up-to-date customer records. Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or a customer-facing sales role is beneficial. Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM tools and office productivity software, is required. A minimum of a high school diploma; a post-secondary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrate integrity, and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
