Up to $7,600/month | GOVT Temp Programme Manager – Strategy & Evaluation | Central Region
Your tasks
- Support digital readiness and inclusion programme planning, partnership initiatives, fund administration and KPI reporting.
- Conduct surveys and analyse feedback to assess programme reach, effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Review funded projects to evaluate their impact, sustainability and potential for scaling or integration into other initiatives.
- Review fund evaluation processes and recommend improvements to the assessment of project proposals and outcomes.
- Conduct research, analyse findings and develop recommendations to support programme development and decision-making.
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting materials, document key discussions and follow up on action items.
- Support planning, reporting and preparation of management updates and parliamentary replies when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in any discipline; Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications or Social Sciences preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess issues and develop well-reasoned recommendations.
- Experience in policy, planning, programme management, research or related fields is an advantage.
- Familiarity with research methodologies, data analysis or programme evaluation is beneficial.
- Interest in digital readiness and digital inclusion.
