Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and operational management of large-scale enterprise application services. The role will be responsible for end-to-end application service delivery, customer success, stakeholder management, service governance, transformation and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers, senior stakeholders and global delivery teams to ensure application services meet agreed SLAs, contractual commitments and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application operations and managed application services .
• Manage application service delivery across global customer environments.
• Act as the key point of contact for senior customer and executive stakeholders.
• Lead EBRs, QBRs and monthly service reviews with customers.
• Ensure application services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments .
• Drive continuous service improvement, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Manage application delivery risks, escalations, service issues and remediation plans.
• Work closely with application, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive application modernization, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce operational costs and increase business value.
• Manage commercial aspects of application delivery, including P&L, forecasting, contract governance and profitability .
• Drive AI-led automation and technology modernization initiatives across application services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXO and senior business stakeholders.
• Lead large, geographically distributed delivery teams and ensure effective resource planning.
• Support strategic account growth by identifying opportunities for additional application services and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in IT services, application delivery, managed services or service delivery.
• Strong experience managing large-scale enterprise application operations .
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar application/managed-services engagements.
• Strong customer-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing global application delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Application Operations, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps and IT Service Management .
• Experience with SLA/KPI management, service governance and continuous improvement.
• Strong commercial awareness including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and contract management.
• Experience driving application modernization, automation and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and escalation-handling skills.
